| What type of payment (tender) do you accept?
Cash if paying in person, checks, money orders, bank checks and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) are accepted. The City of Columbia does not accept third party checks, nor checks written without the bank's preprinted account and individual information. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "City of Columbia". Please do not send cash in the mail.
