The busiest times in our offices are at the beginning and middle of the month, and on Mondays and Fridays. The wait times are usually longest around lunch time and at the end of the day. 

 

For your convenience, there is a drop-box located on the Washington Street side of the building, to the right of the side entrance. There is also a drop-box located inside the building in front of the Payment Center.

 

Of course, the easiest way to avoid long lines is to mail your payment in along with the remittance stub provided or take advantage of our EasyPay program. If you are mailing your payment, mail to:  City of Columbia Collections, PO Box 7997, Columbia, SC 29202-7997.  If you wish to participate in our EasyPay program, please go to that link, "EasyPay Automatic Water Bill Payment."
