The Columbia Police Department and Columbia-Richland Fire Department are partnering
with the American Red Cross South Carolina Blood Services Region for the third annual “Boots and Badges” blood drive. The event will be held at the American Red Cross Columbia donation center, 2751 Bull St., 7a.m.- 2p.m. Friday, May 25; Saturday, May 26; Monday, May 28; and 11a.m. -7p.m. Tuesday, May 29 and Wednesday, May 30
The Columbia City Council held a public forum and discussion about a proposed referendum to change the City of Columbia’s form of government during Council’s Regular Meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
The forum included a presentation from Mr. Scott Slatton, Senior Field Services Manager for the Municipal Association of South Carolina.
