  • Non-Payment Service Cut-off
    Customers who have had their water service cut off due to non-payment of City of Columbia water and/or sewer bills may contact Customer Care at (803) 545-3300 to arrange for payment and start the reconnection process.

    Some City of Columbia water customers may have their sewer service provided by another sewer utility. If your sewer service is cut off, the City may have to cut off your water to protect public health and prevent a sanitary sewer overflow. To find out how to reconnect your water/sewer service due to non-payment for these utilities, please contact your local sewer service provider.
