On Wednesday, February 29 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., the Charles R. Drew Wellness Center will partner with KISS 103.1 to host "Wellness Wednesday for Women" in honor of National Heart Month.
This event is FREE to the public and will feature a Zumba fitness class from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m., a heart health treat (snack), heart health information and screenings, and giveaways. KISS will broadcast live from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
