The City of Columbia City Council met in a Work Session on Wednesday, November 7, 2001, in the City Hall Council Conference Room. Mayor Robert D. Coble called the meeting to order at 9:15 a.m. Council members present were: The Honorable E.W. Cromartie, II, The Honorable Francenia B. Heizer, The Honorable Jim Papadea, The Honorable Anne M. Sinclair, The Honorable Hamilton Osborne, Jr. and The Honorable Sam Davis. Also attending were Ms. Leona K. Plaugh, City Manager and Ms. Erika D. Moore, Deputy City Clerk.
1. REVIEW OF COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
Ms. Leona K. Plaugh reviewed agenda items with Council for the Zoning Public Hearing and the Regular Council meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m.

Upon motion by Ms. Heizer, seconded by Mr. Papadea, Council voted unanimously to approve the request to prohibit through trucks on Wilkes Road, Easter Street and Frye Road. Ms. Sinclair and Mayor Coble were not present for the vote.
F. Four Way Stop - Intersection of S. Edisto Avenue and Superior Street - Wanda Dunn
Upon motion by Ms. Sinclair, seconded by Ms. Heizer, Council voted unanimously to approve the request for the installation of a four-way stop sign at the intersection of S. Edisto Avenue and Superior Street.

G. Multi-Way Stop Request - Whitaker Drive - Wanda Dunn
Council requested that staff receive neighborhood input prior to approval of the multi-way stop request.
