All bids must be submitted online using the Bid Online,unless otherwise specified.

Only bids that are submitted on or before the date and time specified in the Invitation to Bid will be accpeted. 

Bid Tabulations
Bid tabulations will be posted on Bid Online and the Purchasing Department website once the bid has been awarded. Bid tabulations will not be provided via telephone or fax.

Addenda
From time to time, it is necessary for the City to issue addenda to Bids.  Once you have downloaded a bid, it is your responsibility to check the site periodically or contact Procurement to see if there are any addenda. 
 

Engineering and Construction Bids
