The elementary school schoalrship was awarded to the Richland County Cadet Squadron Civil air Patrol; no elementary entries were received.

Winners were announced at the City of Columbia’s annual Martin Luther King Day Celebration Monday, January 18, 2010 at the Martin Luther King Park and Community Center, 2300 Green Street.
