The City of Columbia invites the public to share your ideas for the future of Finlay Park. Your input will help the design team identify community needs to be considered during the planning process.
If you were unable to attend the public meeting held on Wednesday, October 8, 2014, a survey can be submitted online. Surveys are due by 5 p.m. October 31, 2014.

On April 1, 2014, Columbia City Council adopted a Parks and Recreation Master Plan which includes a comprehensive needs assessment and an inventory of the parks and facilities maintained by the department. This document contains extensive recommendations intended to help guide the City's management of increasingly limited resources while continuing to provide quality programs and safe, attractive facilities which all enhance our quality of life.

PARKS & RECREATION FOUNDATION
The Columbia Parks Foundation was formed by City Council for the purpose of promoting programs for City of Columbia Parks and Recreation related to enhancing and expanding the scope of educational and human development qualities. The Foundation fulfills this mission by encouraging and soliciting gifts and donations as well as through promoting volunteer efforts in support of the departments programs and activities. The Columbia Parks Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization.
