Because everyone needs a PAL! Columbia Parks and Recreation has expanded its youth outreach through - the Columbia Police Athletic League, a volunteer driven program. PAL makes it possible for all youth to participate in structured programs. Your support is needed to help develop our young athletes and teach them about sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership!
