The purchasing team handles routine purchases of goods and services for the City of Columbia. We have a team of professionals ready and willing to assist you throughout the procurement process and provide guidance on how to do business with the City.

The City of Columbia's procurement process is governed by ordinances and regulations approved by City Council.
Our Fleet Services Division works closely with the Purchasing Division for the procurement of vehicles, parts and repair services.
