Submitting Sealed Bids
All bids must be hand carried or mailed to:

Any bid response that does not arrive at the above adress on or before the date and time specified in the Invitation to Bid will be deemed non-responsive and remain unopened.

Bid Tabulations
Bid tabulations will be furnished upon written request with a self - addressed, stamped envelope. Bid tabulations will not be furnished until such time as an award has been made. Bid tabulations will not be provided via telephone or fax.

Addenda
From time to time, it is necessary for the City to issue addenda to Bids. Once you have downloaded a bid, it is your responsibility to check the site periodically or contact Procurement to see if there are any addenda.

Engineering and Construction Bids

Sealed proposals for the SHANDON FIRE PROTECTION AND WATER UPGRADEsubject to the conditions, and all provisions, etc., set forth herein and attached, will be received at this office until 2:00 PM, September 11, 2008 then publicly opened. Click here for the Notice to Contractor in Microsoft Word.
