City of Columbia customers now have the option of receiving and viewing their water, solid waste or parking garage bills online. Columbia’s new electronic billing (e-billing) service enhances the City’s existing Customer Web Access (CWA), Online Payment System. This initiative also aligns with Columbia’s commitment to “Go-Green”, while continuing to provide quality customer service. E-billing saves money on postal fees, paper and ink and most notably, e-billing helps preserve trees and control landfills.
CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP. Once signed-up, customers can view their current bill and bill inserts immediately and will be notified by e-mail when future bills are available for online viewing. Payments can also be made online by debit card, credit card or electronic bank drafts.
Columbia’s E-billing is offered in partnership with Columbia’s Climate Protection Action Campaign and Laser Print Plus. All customers are encouraged to save time, money and the environment by taking advantage of Columbia's new and eco-friendly E-billing service.
