RFPs and RFQs
All RFPs and RFQs must be submitted online using the Bid Online,unless otherwise specified.

https://bidonline.columbia.sc.gov

Only RFPs/ RFQs that are submitted on or before the date and time specified in the Invitation to RFP/RFQ will be accepted.

Bid Tabulations
Bid tabulations will be posted on Bid Online and the Purchasing Department website once the bid has been awarded. Bid tabulations will not be provided via telephone or fax.

Addenda
From time to time, it is necessary for the City to issue addenda to RFPs and RFQs. Once you download an RFP or RFQ, it is your responsibility to check the site periodically or contact Procurement to see if there are any addenda. Click here to view current addenda

Request for Proposals

Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Columbia until 3:00 p.m., November 25, 2009, for Request for Proposal for Composting Services. Click here for a copy of RFP 0004-09-10 in Microsoft Word.
