Request for Proposals

Sealed bid for the Environmental Testing for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 subject to the conditions, and all provisions, etc, set forth herein and attached, will be received at this office until 9:00 a.m., March 26, 2010, then publicly opened and read. Firms invited to submit under this RFP are commercial laboratories located within a 25-mile radius of the City of Columbia offices at 1136 Washington Street and are currently certified by the Laboratory Certification Section of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.  Environmental testing services will include analysis of domestic and industrial wastewater, sewage sludge analysis, groundwater analysis and toxicity testing.  Services may also include drinking water analysis, stormwater analysis, TCLP testing of solid materials and collecting and analyzing NPDES Permit parameters.
