Function:

The Property Maintenance Board of Appeals (PMBoA) is a volunteer group established for the purpose of hearing appeals to decisions by the Housing Official or to a notice of violation of the International Property Maintenance Code.

Composition:

There are seven (7) council appointments.  
Term of office is three (3) years with one (1) reappointment.
 All appointees must reside within the corporate limits of the City of Columbia.
 
 

Meetings:

Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month as needed.
