Used Motor Oil:

Residents have more than 25 locations available in the city for recycling used motor oil. Some of these locations offer a small discount with their store when bringing in your used motor oil.

Use DHEC's RecycleHere app to find service locations near you.

Cooking Oil Recycling:

The Southern Fried Fuel Program collects used cooking oil from residents to turn into biofuel!

The cooking oil collected is converted into biofuel and used to power one of the City's garbage trucks along with other City vehicles!
